Lists

•  null is the empty list
•   (cons? v) returns #t if v is a non-empty list or #f otherwise.
•   (atom? v) returns #f if v is a non-empty list or #t otherwise.
•   (build-list n f) creates a list with n items. The contents of the list are determined by calling f on each list index. The contents will be determined in order from 0 to n-1.
