Returns the visible area into which the buffer is currently being displayed (according to the buffer's administrator).

Only valid when the buffer is viewed.

• (send a-wx:media-buffer get-view-size w h) -> void
      w : boxed inexact real or null
      h : boxed inexact real or null

  The w box is filled with the visible area width, unless w is null. The h box is filled with the visible area height, unless h is null.
