  Converts the given coordinates from view coordinates (usually canvas coordinates) to buffer location coordinates.

Only valid when the buffer is viewed.

• (send a-wx:media-buffer global-to-local x y) -> void
      x : boxed inexact real or null
      y : boxed inexact real or null

  The x box is filled with the tramnslated x-coordiante of the value initially in x, unless x is null. The y box is filled with the tramnslated x-coordiante of the value initially in y, unless y is null.
