`get-scroll-units-per-page`

Get the number of units per page, in each direction, as set by set-scrollbars. A value of zero indicates no scrolling in that direction.

x-page : boxed small integer
y-page : boxed small integer
The x-page box is filled with the scroll step for the horizonal scroll bar. The y-page box is filled with the scroll step for the vertical scroll bar.
