set-after

Changes the depth of a snip. See Basic Organization for information about snip order in pasteboards.

• (send a-pasteboard set-after snip after) -> void
      snip : snip% object
      after : snip% object or #f

  Changes the depth of snip moving it just behind after. If after is #f, snip is moved to the back.
