  Converts the given coordinates from buffer location coordinates to view coordinates (usually canvas coordinates).

• (send a-wx:media-buffer local-to-global x y) -> void
      x : boxed inexact real
      y : boxed inexact real

  The x box is filled with the tramnslated x-coordiante of the value initially in x, unless x is null. The y box is filled with the tramnslated x-coordiante of the value initially in y, unless y is null.
