Pastes the current contents of the clipboard into the buffer.

• (send a-wx:media-edit paste time start end) -> void
      time : small integer
      start : small integer
      end = -1 : small integer

  Pastes into the specified range. If start is -1, then the current selection end position is used. If end is -1, then end is start.
