`get-min-graphical-size`

Calculates and returns the minimum possible size for the panel which will still allow all of its children to be fully visible. Considers only the graphical representation of the panel's children.

(send a-mred:panel get-min-graphical-size) -> a list of two integers
The list returned consists of the minimum x size followed by the minimum y size.
