Finds an existing font in the list or creates a new one (that is automatically added to the list).

• (send a-wx:font-list find-or-create-font size family-or-font-id style weight underline) ->  wx:font% object
      size : small integer
      family-or-font-id : small integer
      style : small integer
      weight : small integer
      underline = #f : boolean
