`drscheme:basis:current-vocabulary`

This parameter will be set to a Zodiac vocabulary after calling drscheme:basis:initialize-parameters.

(drscheme:basis:current-vocabulary) -> vocabulary
returns the current Zodiac vocabulary
(drscheme:basis:current-vocabulary vocab) -> void
vocab : zodiac:vocab
Sets the vocabulary to vocab.
