  Inserts a box (a sub-buffer) into the buffer.

• (send a-wx:media-buffer insert-box type) -> void
      type = wx:const-edit-buffer : small integer

  Inserts either a sub-editor or sub-pasteboard into the buffer, dependinng on whether type is  wx:const-edit-buffer or  wx:const-pasteboard-buffer.
