Finds the frontmost snip that intersects with a given location.

Only valid when the buffer is viewed.

• (send a-wx:media-pasteboard find-snip x y) ->  wx:snip% object
      x : inexact real
      y : inexact real

  The x and y arguments are in buffer corrdinates.
