Returns or changes the border between the edge of the panel and the panel's children. The default value is given by default-border-width.

• (send a-mred:horizontal-panel border) -> non-negative real

  Returns the number of pixels of blank space between the panel's edge and the panel's children. When the panel is empty, the minimum size (in both directions) is twice the current border width.

  Sets the border spacing to b pixels.
