Iconizes or deiconizes the window. Deiconizing brings the window to the front. Iconization has no effect under MacOS. Under X Windows, iconizing or deiconizing may not actually change the iconization of the window, as this is primarily under the user's control.
If iconize is #f, the window is deiconized; otherwise the window is iconized.
