Produce a Postscript version of your paper.
Produce a plaintext version of your abstract, including the paper title, keywords, author names, addresses, and affiliations.
Send your paper and abstract to hot-os.watson.ibm.com via anonymous FTP. Deposit both in pub/incoming/hot-os, using the primary author's last name (or some obvious variant) for the file name, and extensions .ps and .txt, respectively.
Print and sign the IEEE Copyright form.
