Registration Instructions
STEP 1 - Print out the form produced after submitting your registration.
Note: In order to take advantage of the lower registration fee before Sept. 27, 2002 your registration must be received by that date for fax submission or post marked by that date. Otherwise, the price after Sept. 27, 2002 will be charged.
STEP 2 - Submit Form Via:

STEP 3 - Retain a copy of the printed form for your records.
STEP 4 - Confirmation
We will e-mail you a confirmation within two working days upon receipt of your registration and payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by e-mail or fax is possible until November 1, 2002 and is subject to US $50 cancellation fee. No refund is provided after that date. A substitute participant may be named at any time.
