I am a PhD student in the CS department at Rice University. I am advised by Keith Cooper and work closely with many members of the Habanero team, lead by Vivek Sarkar. My research interests include compilers, runtimes, and programming models for functional programming languages running on modern multi-core computers. My current research involves back-end optimizations for the lazy functional programming language Haskell.
