I am a graduate student in the systems department at Rice University. My adviser is Prof. T.S. Eugene Ng.
I joined Rice in the summer of 2007 and defended my M.S. in 2009. Before coming To Rice I worked as a
junior researcher at the Fokus Fraunhofer Institute in Berlin, Germany. I received my B.S.in computer
science from the Politehnica University in Bucharest, Romania in the summer of 2006.

From November 2011 to February 2012 I was a research intern at Microsoft Research, Cambridge UK.
I was part of the Systems and Networking group, working with Christos Gkantsidis.
