Mailing List Information
RGCF maintains an e-mail mailing list for communication between RGCF members. We mainly send announcements for upcoming RGCF events. On average, the volume of our e-mail list is about 3 messages per week. To learn how to subscribe to or unsubscribe from our e-mail list, or to simply send a message to the list, please refer to the directions given below.
How to Subscribe
There are two methods for subscribing to the mailing list; one is through a web page and the other is by sending an e-mail.
To subscribe through the web, just visit our mailing list information page and fill out the form under the "Subscribing to RGCF" section. You will need to provide your e-mail address, name (optional), and a password (which is needed to make changes to your subscription options or to unsubscribe).
To subscribe through e-mail, just send an e-mail to RGCF-request [AT] rice [DOT] edu and include the word subscribe in the subject or body of the message. You will receive a follow-up e-mail that will ask you to confirm your subscription; just follow the directions in the e-mail to complete the process.
How to Unsubscribe
There are two methods for unsubscribing from the mailing list; one is through a web page and the other is by sending an e-mail.
To unsubscribe through the web, just visit our mailing list information page and look for the "RGCF Subscribers" section at the bottom of the page. Enter the e-mail address for which you would like to unsubscribe in the text box at the bottom of the page. Click on the button labeled "Unsubscribe or edit options" and then click on the button labeled "Unsubscribe". You will receive a follow-up e-mail that will ask you to confirm your request to unsubscribe; just follow the directions in the e-mail to complete the process.
To unsubscribe through e-mail, just send an e-mail to RGCF-request [AT] rice [DOT] edu and include the word unsubscribe in the subject or body of the message. Remember that you must send the e-mail from the e-mail address that you would like to unsubscribe. You will receive a follow-up e-mail that will ask you to confirm your request to unsubscribe; just follow the directions in the e-mail to complete the process.
