I am a second year graduate student in computer science at Rice University. I joined Bioinformatics group under advising of Dr. Luay Nakhleh in August 2008.

I got my undergraduate degree in computer science from University of Texas at Austin. At UT-Austin I prticipated in undergraduation reaseach under supersivion of Dr. Doug Burger as part of TRIPS project.
