Download MetaOCaml, install it, read the README-META file, read and run the examples
in mex directory.  Implement the staged membership function.  Hand in performance
measurements (as illustrated in the mex directory) for the staged membership function.
Use multiple examples lists for your experiment.  Come up with an small but interesting
program and stage it.  Hand in staged program and performance data.
