Now you that have writen the power function in Cyclone, and show what it compiles into,
download the Cyclone system and check the correctness of your source-level definition (if it had
mistakes, also include the corrected version).  Compare your compiled version based
on what you did by hand to the compiled version generated by the compiler.

IMPORTANT:  Thanks to Tsuen, we now know that Cyclone is called Popcorn.  Popcorn can
