Welcome

Hi, I am a third year graduate student at the Department of Bioengineering, Rice University. My advisor is Dr. Luay K. Nakhleh. He is a computer scientist. Before I came to Rice in 2007, I received my B.S from School of Life Science at Fudan University, Shanghai, China.

Recent Activity

“When one admits that nothing is certain one must, I think, also admit that somethings are much more nearly certain than others.”

I am working in the field of computational biology. I am trying to elucidate the current status of using standard graph theoretic properties such as modularity and clustering coefficient and different edge semantics in the network assembly for the purpose of understanding metabolic networks.
